How much does it cost for a hunt on the Preserve?
Cost is dependent on the type of pheasant you and your party would like to hunt. Roosters are $35 a bird, while hens are $30. Each party is required to hunt a minimum of 10 birds per session. More birds available upon request.
How difficult is the terrain around the Preserve?
The Preserve is mainly scoured with alfalfa, creating an easily navigable experience for the young and old. For less-mobile individuals, options are available to help navigate through the fields.
Are guns and ammo available to rent?
At this time, no. We are actively working toward offering gun rentals and ammo purchases in the near future.
Absolutely. Most of our clients prefer to bring their own dogs. If you don't have a trained hunting dog for your outing, dogs are available to rent. Please contact Erik for further information.
Do I need a hunting license to participate?
In order to hunt on the Preserve, a valid ID and hunting license are required in accordance with the Idaho Fish & Game. For out of state clients, a shooting preserve permit is available for purchase.
